Health & Medical
Free health calculators for BMI, body fat, calories and metabolic rate — instant results with the formula shown and the healthy range explained for your inputs.
The tools follow the formulas used in clinical practice: BMI from the CDC classification bands, body fat with the U.S. Navy circumference method, calories from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (the one most dietitians start from), and BMR for resting energy needs. They give you the same first numbers a coach or doctor would write down — useful for tracking, not a replacement for medical advice.

How to use these calculators
Concrete walkthroughs with real numbers — open the tool, follow the steps.
Know your BMI and what it means
Enter height and weight in the BMI Calculator. Under 18.5 is underweight, 18.5–24.9 is the normal band, 25–29.9 overweight, 30+ obese (CDC cut-offs). BMI misses muscle mass — pair it with the Body Fat Calculator for the composition picture.
Find your daily calorie target
The Calorie Calculator computes your TDEE (maintenance). Eat ~500 kcal below it for about 0.5 kg/week of loss, or 300 kcal above for a slow lean bulk. Recalculate after every 4–5 kg of change — the target moves as you do.
Set a realistic goal weight
The Ideal Weight Calculator gives the range from four classic formulas (Devine, Hamwi, Robinson, Miller). Treat it as a band, not a number: being anywhere inside the range with a healthy body-fat percentage is what matters.
